Activity Report (Placement Week)

The placement cell of the college organized Placement Week in the college campus from 18th January, 2024 to 25th January, 2024. In this placement week, a 5 days’ workshop was conducted from 18th January, 2024 to 24th January, 2024 and the Mega Job fair on 25th January2024. Mrs. Benu Rao from Rao Academy was the main speaker for the workshop. The topic of the workshop was Personality Development and Interviewing skills. In this workshop, students were made aware of resume preparation, interview skills, mock interview, personality development etc. to crack the interview. Around 100 students of the college from different streams benefitted from the workshop. On 25th January,2024 In association with MITS Healthcare Private Limited, the first Mega job fair was held in the college campus.Shri Rajiv Rattan, Director General Higher Education,Haryana was the chief guest on this occasion who inaugurated the job fair by cutting the ribbon and also interacted with participants and students of the college.The placement drive was attended by the current batch  students as well as alumni of the college. Shri Yogesh Kaushik , Estate Manager, HSIIDC Barwala also graced the occasion and motivated the students. Students of all streams like Commerce,Computer science ,Arts and Science participated in the job fair. Nine companies from different fields named Mits Healthcare Pvt.Ltd, Elkos, Sushobit Printers, ICl, Sai enterprises, Nutravel, APSL bath fittings, and Alna Biotech participated in the placement drive.Around 95 students participated in the fair and thirty students were shortlisted. Placement cell convener Rubi  Mangla and all other committee members also encouraged the students during the placement week.Worthy Principal Dr.(Prof.) Hemant Verma  motivated and guided the students during the placement drive and also congratulated the students who got selected during the job fair.
