Mandatory disclosure under the RTI
Act refers to the suo motu or proactive disclosure of specific information by Public Authorities to the public, as outlined in Section 4(1)(b) of the Act. This information includes details about the organization's functions and duties, the powers and duties of its officers, rules and manuals, records, information about public consultation arrangements, and a directory of officers and employees along with their monthly remuneration. The goal is to provide information to the public, thereby minimizing the need for citizens to file requests for it.

- : The standards and guidelines set by the authority for performing its duties.

- : All the documentation used or held by the authority in the course of its work.
- Categories of Documents
- : A statement listing the different types of documents that are held or controlled by the authority.
- Public Consultation Arrangements
