Celebration of International women's day

International Women's Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm in Government College, Barwala, Panchkula under the able leadership of Principal Dr. Hemant Verma. The program was started by Principal DrHemant Verma's address in which he said that women are an important part of our society, they are equal to men and not in second place, and in today's era they are playing an important role in every field. The event witnessed the practical approach of girl students Vinny (B.Sc. final year), Vandana (BCA first year), Umesh and Priyanka (B.Com. II year) as they shared their views on breaking stereotypes.
Professor Dr. Kompal, Dr. Neeraj, Dr. Ranveer and DrPraveen enlightened the gathering with a discussion on women empowerment and urged the female students to recognize and utilize their inherent strengths. The program was organized by Mahila Cell Committee members, Professor Sandhya and Professor Seema.
On this occasion, other professor DrHarvandana, Mrs. Aman, Mrs. Ruby and Mrs. Mamta were also present.
